Mutiplex Extended Mouse Panel kit is a  for the simultaneous and discrete detection of antibodies to six additional mouse pathogens when used along with the SMART-SPOT Sentinel Basic Panel Test for 9 specific Mouse Antigens-Multiplex Kit, thus providing a coverage of 15 pathogen screening of mouse serum for presence of antibodies to mouse pathogens. 

This extended mouse panel kit detects presence of :

Clostridium piliforme | Ectromelia Virus | Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus | Hantaan Virus |Mouse Adenovirus FL/K87 and Mouse Cytomegalovirus in mouse serum.

This is a qualitative assay for detection of specific viral antibodies with results in 70-minutes without the need for any specialized equipment . The assay can be used along as an extended panel to the SMART-SPOT -9 antigen Basic Panel Kit. This kit contains 8 Individual Test Membranes.

Manufacturer's in-house testing shows assay correlation greater than 95% on true negatives and positives.
