PRODUCTS OFFERED
All products offered by us are strictly for Laboratory Use, Research Use or for General Use ONLY. Our products are NOT meant to be used in medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, agricultural, food or for any ingestible or tropical application, and are clearly not recommended for use in humans, animals or plants.
WARRANTY & OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY
The products are strictly warranted as per the manufacturer’s standard terms of warranty and that such terms of warranty may vary from product to product or from manufacturer to manufacturer. You are solely responsible to request for any information required by you regarding the product or its terms of warranty and receive it from us in writing, before you place an order with us. If you receive any product which is physically damaged, wrong or incomplete item being shipped due to error, or is seemingly compromised in anyway during transportation should be reported to us on contact@bioscotia.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery along with the photograph of the product and the shipping box. The product should not be used by you if it has been reported to be improper in any way. Only after our investigation, can the decision be made with regard to the usability of the affected item/s. We will communicate the outcome of such investigation at our end and we will communicate our decision to you in writing. We do not accept any liabilities, damages, expenses or any other costs of any nature whatsoever AND that our maximum liability under any circumstance cannot exceed the net sales value of the item purchased through us.
CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW
Our policies, user terms and general terms & conditions shall govern all sales and services offered by us. If there is any conflict between our Terms & Conditions and the legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation with apply.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the courts located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
