PhotoCol®-RUT is a methacrylated Type I collagen kit. These 3D collagen gels can be prepared at various concentrations and photocrosslinked (400-450nm) to provide various gel stiffness. Each kit contains 100mg of methacrylated collagen, ruthenium photoinitiator, acetic acid and a neutralization solution.
