be subject to cancellation fee at the rate of 25% of product value. Products
that are temperature sensitive and/or require maintenance of cold chain are specifically
excluded from any policy of return, replacement or refund. Any loss of product/material
viability as a result of improper storage, transportation conditions or inordinate
delay during transit, after the products have been shipped out from our warehouse
are not covered by us. The purchaser is responsible for taking appropriate insurance
for any products being ordered by them through our websites. We will however put
our best efforts in providing assistance or any information as may be required,
via email, telephone or other digital modes that may be available to us.
